The theme for One World Week 21-28 Oct 2018 is

The World is changing – How about Us?

There are lots of areas to explore: poverty, hunger, the Sustainable Development goals. Also the environment – waste, plastics, the loss of species, the changing climate.

And it’s also about changing the way we live.

Portsmouth Museum will be producing a worksheet on how people used to live without plastics for One World Week.

Portsmouth Music Hub have produced a One World song and a range of other songs on recycling,  plastics, walking to school, sea levels…

Don’t forget that Black History Month and Journeys Festival international are happening in October too.
